Can you handle the frustrations of having to continue to divert your energies from your work in order to work with changing IRS personnel and their constantly changing rules?
Do you really owe the IRS what they say you owe?
Are you aware that you may be able to discharge taxes, interest, and penalties in bankruptcy?
Do you know you can access your workpapers, records, and information for the IRS under the Freedom of Information Act?
Do you know if the statute of limitations has expired or is about to expire on the right for the IRS to collect penalties, interest, and taxes from you?

Do you know how to respond to an IRS summons?
Has the IRS complied with all its required procedural steps before beginning tax collection efforts and before filing tax liens or tax levies?
